We strongly encourage the use of electronic payments via ACH to provide faster receipt of funds and reduces the chances of error. This is of NO COST to you as our supplier.
Please note, your banking information is only accessible by our accounting team. Once we receive your information it is updated in our banking system and then any copies of your information (hardcopy or electronic) are destroyed. We do not store this information. It is only stored in our banking system and after initial entry we can no longer access a complete copy of your account number.
