We must receive the sales tax exemption certificate no later than 90-days from the date of invoice. We will not accept any sales tax exemption certificates after 90-days and the tax amount will remain due.

If there is no reference to a project on the invoice/order and you are providing a project specific exemption certificate an additional affidavit may be required.
